I googled “buddha chicken” on a whim.
Turns out there are a couple of dishes called Buddha Chicken – the more traditional seems to consist mostly of deep fried yuba. Or if you’re Emeril, it involves chicken and thai hot sauce.
Buddha and I prefer the vegetarian version, we’d rather sit quietly next to the chicken than eat it. I had something like it in China at a monastery at the little snack kiosk run by the monks. It was delicious!
